Good morning and welcome back.

The Morning Intelligence is 10 weeks old today and thanks to your early support has got off to a super start. Rather than celebrate with a hardcore tummy time session, this 10-week-older is asking if you could share with colleagues and friends to help spread the word. πŸ™

Happening This Week πŸ“†

Monday: Join our expert panel this morning to discuss the fallout of Thursday's elections on tech policy.

State of play: Keir Starmer emerges from a chaotic weekend to give a speech at 1oam which he hopes will save his job. He will pledge "hope and urgency" and to put the UK at the "heart of Europe", but Westminster's eyes are on what the potential leadership candidates do next. Alex Wickham has a great analysis.

Wednesday: Parliament is back with the state opening and King's Speech. As I reported on Friday, one of the new pieces of legislation announced should be a "Growth Bill" for regulatory reform. Away from Parliamentary pomp, techUK hosts the "Building a Smarter State" conference.
