Big news: Mega-deals of more than £1bn are becoming a defining feature of the UK's AI boom, pushing up valuations in the first half of this year, according to data from PitchBook out this morning. Isomorphic Labs' £1.5bn round was the largest in the second quarter, followed by Wayve's £945m and Ineffable Intelligence's £820m seed round.
